About me
Rachelle Feldman is currently the vice provost of enrollment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, overseeing undergraduate admissions, scholarships and student aid, the Carolina College Advising Corps, and the university registrar. She currently serves as the chair of SASFAA’s Legislative Committee. At Carolina she is especially proud of leading the Carolina Covenant which offers a debt free path to graduation to low income students, the Blue Sky Scholars program for middle income families, and the Carolina College Advising. She currently holds several national leadership positions including leading NASFAA’s Executive Leadership Collective and is a member of NASFAA’s FAFSA Simplification Implementation Workgroup. She also serves on College Board’s Enrollment Leadership Group, past-chair of the Higher Education Loan Coalition, and is a trustee of the National Endowment for Financial Education.
