Dana also orchestrates NASFAA’s headline events—like the annual Leadership and Legislative Conference & Expo, the national conference, and the Executive Leadership Collective—because she knows All Too Well how to bring people together.With over 20 years of experience in higher education, Dana’s career journey is a Mastermind blend of financial aid office expertise, loan servicing savvy, and professional training finesse. Her deep knowledge and dedication make her a key player on NASFAA’s executive team, where she Enchantedly collaborates with the Board of Directors to advance the organization’s mission and goals.Dana earned her Bachelor of Science in Justice and Policy Studies from Guilford College, a master’s in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and a master’s in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. With credentials like these, she’s Ready For It when it comes to leading the charge in financial aid excellence.
