Felicia brings more than 18 years of invaluable experience in Higher Education. Felicia started her journey in financial aid as a Federal Work Study student during her undergraduate years at the University of Florida. With a distinguished track record, she has held key leadership roles and made significant contributions to various state and technical institutions. Felicia's exceptional leadership qualities were recognized when she served as a Past-President of GASFAA (Georgia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators) and key roles with SASFAA (Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators).
Felicia is deeply committed to the advancement of Higher Education and actively engages with professional organizations such as GASFAA, SASFAA (Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators) and NASFAA (National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators). Her involvement on their Executive Boards in multiple capacities reflects her passion for promoting best practices and fostering collaboration within the field.
