About me
With 40 years in education, Sarah’s experience includes Public and Private, 2 and 4-year institutions in both Carolinas. She has even moonlighted as an adjunct English professor. Sarah is a fierce student advocate who has given countless hours and resources to support students’ pursuit of their academic and life goals. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree at Newberry College and a master’s degree in Teaching from Charleston Southern University. She holds a graduate certificate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of South Carolina.
Sarah lives in Charleston with her husband and spends as much time as possible at the beach or in the marsh. She and her husband have five children and seven (almost eight) 😊 grandchildren.
