In this session we will identify the benefits and practical strategies for blending work and play in a financial aid office. We will discuss how the integration of work and play can improve employee morale, reduce burnout, enhance teamwork, and increase productivity. We will discuss how work and play has been integrated into four different types of institutions financial aid offices.

In this session, we are going beyond the basic R2T4 calculation and diving deep into the module rules and exemptions. Learn how to identify students who do and do not meet exemption requirements and enjoy really specific and weird examples with multiple modules.
