About me
Joe serves as a Manager of Customer Success for the CampusLogic suite of products at Ellucian and oversees the Customer Success Managers serving the east coast. He began his time at Ellucian with the acquisition of CampusLogic in 2022 and spent 10 years working in Financial Aid within the University System of Georgia. Joe is proof that you can take the man out of financial aid, but you can't take financial aid out of the man - among his other duties, he focuses a large amount of energy in training and educating the Customer Success team on financial aid concepts to better help them serve and understand the needs of FAA's.
When not hunched over the latest article about 2024-25, Joe enjoys playing and watching soccer, and spending time with his family - wife, Xochil, 2 boys, Isaac (14) and Evan (3), and soon enough, baby daughter, who is due in July.
