About me
Jaime Missimer is the Director of Financial Aid at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, Mississippi, where she brings almost a decade of experience in financial aid, alongside additional years in various roles within higher education. Jaime currently serves as President-Elect of MASFAA (Mississippi's version) and remains actively engaged with both SASFAA and NASFAA. She is also pursuing her Ed.D. in Higher Education at the University of Southern Mississippi, with plans to graduate in December 2025. Born and raised in New Orleans, Jaime now enjoys life in rural southern Mississippi, where she lives with her husband, daughter, four dogs, and a lively flock of chickens.
