About me
Brenda M. Brown is the Vice President of Campus Partnerships for College Aid Services. She joined as a member of the leadership team in 2018 after retiring from the University of Miami, where she earned her BBA and worked for nearly 35 years. She assist with recruiting talent, supervises and leads the consulting staff, collaborates with sales/business development, training services, and serves as the project manager for clients.
She began her higher education career on the academic side in the Office of Undergraduate Studies in the School of Business. After four years, her career in higher education took a turn toward financial aid and enrollment management and there was no looking back. She managed to continue to grow in the profession and became well-versed in compliance. Her functional and technical (aka – “funky-tech”) expertise, made her a valuable resource in managing Title IV aid.
Brenda has been very active in volunteer professional associations throughout her career at the national (NASFAA), regional (SASFAA), and state (FASFAA) levels. As a business partner, she continues to volunteer and support the associations and is a member of NASFAA, SASFAA, SWASFAA, WASFAA, CASFAA, FASFAA, GASFAA, MASFAA, PRASFAA and TASFAA(TX).
