About me
Ms. Sherika Charity earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, where she double majored in Economics and Sociology. Continuing her education, she earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Strayer University.
Sherika has over 13 years of experience as a financial aid professional, with over 10 years of experience with the Virginia Community College System. She is currently the Director of Financial Aid at Northern Virginia Community College, after serving in numerous other roles including Coordinator of Financial Aid and Veterans Officer at Rappahannock Community College and Director of Financial Aid at Reynolds Community College.
