More and more financial aid professionals are moving into senior leadership roles at colleges and universities, and many are becoming chief enrollment officers. While most chief enrollment officers progress through admissions offices, higher education institutions need the unique qualities that financial aid professionals to senior leadership positions. Participants will hear of one career trajectory into a vice president for enrollment management position and will receive advice/answer questions about the ins-and-outs one needs to know if a chief enrollment officer position is attractive.
